CV Screen is looking for an experienced Accountant with a wealth of experience within practice, to join a fantastic Accountancy firm based in Derby. You will be joining a talented team who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. The work is varied and interesting and you will provide a proactive all year-round service to small businesses and individuals.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: 

As the Practice Accountant, you should be an enthusiastic individual, looking for an exciting challenge in a fast-paced role, dealing with a variety of clients across different sectors. Our client would also consider a part-time role. 

 
DUTIES INCLUDE: 

• Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Complete and submit VAT returns.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Potentially manage VAT and review team members’ work.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software.
• Minimum AAT, but qualified by experience would be considered.
  
  

SALARY:

A salary of £30,000 - £50,000 is available dependant on experience.

LOCATION:

Derby - Commutable from nearby locations such as Nottingham, Burton upon Trent and Castle Donington.
